I LOVE this gag. It is my first one, and I'm very happy with it. My only concern is that the leather on both sides of the ball feels like it cuts the side of my mouth when I wear it for long periods... Other than that, this is a wonderful gag! Easy to clean, fits my head, and does it's job.
