My wife had a friend that suggested this vibe. She bought it & brought it home. It seemed to perform well at first, but after about 6 months use, it became extremely unreliable. It was definetly not waterproof because after some use in the tub, it began to take water into the battery compartment. We are going to retire it because during use, it will turn off at the most inopportune time, if you know what I mean. I would pass on this one.
