My Pretty Little Rock Star Janis Brings Sweet Vibrations!

The Janis is a g-spot stimulating toy, and like most, it could be used to stimulate other external parts of the body like the nipples, clit, and labia. The toy should be able to stimulate the g-spot on most women. The toy is also waterproof which makes it a little more versatile.

  • Material / Texture:

    The Janis is made mostly of a very soft, silky silicone, and has a studded plastic silver metallic band near the handle sphere that is plastic. Some of the safety features of the silicone are: "Food-grade material / Hypo-allergenic / Latex free / Non-porous / Phthalates free". I found the toy to be especially silky feeling for silicone, and a bit slippery under water.

  • Design / Shape / Size:

    The design is whimsical looking, while still ergonomic to fit the female anatomy. This toy is definitely designed to stimulate the g-spot! The shape works nicely for the female body, and still gives the user a cute little round handle. The size of the ball at the top isn't too large for most users. Unfortunately, I can't think of any other item this toy could be disguised as. Without the batteries inside, I think this toy could travel pretty easily.

    The Janis uses a dial-base control system and uses 2 AAA batteries (they do not come with the toy). The dial spins to turn the toy on, make it more powerful, and must be turned the opposite direction to turn the toy off. There are no variations in pattern of vibrations. The toy is surprisingly quiet.. at lower levels. Once the toy gets to stronger vibration levels, I found something plastic would vibrate loudly, making it sound like a small blender.

  • Care and Maintenance:

    Silicone toys tend to attract dust and hair relatively easily. It can be cleaned with soap and warm water. I never recommend boiling toys that use batteries, but this toy being waterproof may be able to handle it. It should only be used with water-based lubricants, as silicone lubes can make the silicone surface tacky and ruined.
