  Next, I took the Royal Scepter into the bathtub with me and actually submerged it to see if it's truly waterproof, and it is. Not a drop of water in the battery chamber as long as the top is screwed on, and that top is not coming off unless you want it to. So after this test, I pressed the vibrator to my clit and, after a longer time than I would've liked, I finally came.
