I live in a small apartment, and this toy couldn't be heard outside the room, which is great! The vibrations are really good, although the high is a bit too strong. My only warning is that it is very wide. Too wide for a beginner!
I love the fact that it is nice and quite. Only on the high level would I ever worry about someone outside of the room hearing it. A major plus for anyone who has housemates! It's awesome to play with in the shower anad I really enjoy howeasy it is to clean since it's water proof
