The Pleasure Dome can also be turned inside out to add a smooth luxurious feel to your Hitachi or Ideal head. This sleeve cleans up easily with soap and water, or may be boiled for a few minutes to sterilize. Please Note: this is only a sleeve; a Hitachi or Ideal vibrator must be purchased separately.

I just got this. I have the Hitachi and as many have said, it doesn't fit all the way over the head of the wand, sadly. However, I really really like it because I find the Hitachi "naked" is way too strong. This diffuses the vibrations a bit, and the slightly squishy, ultra-textured surface feels wonderful. I always had to put a sock on my Hitachi, or put it over the blanket, but now it's perfect...LOVE this.

Love that it's silicone, but it would suck if I had to pry off the existing head on my hitachi.
It is my understanding that the manufacturer in Australia, "Downunder Toys", has made a recent significant design change. Instead of fitting over the wands outer white cushion, it now fits only after the original wand cushion is removed. This makes the overall size of the Pleasure Dome smaller, and so it is probably more effective. So note, as I understand, you must now pry off the wands cushion before installing.
