If you're looking for a nice collar, why not try this one out? It's extremely cute, and really easy to use. I however don't suggest if if you have a shorter neck, because it just won't work.

If the only thing I can find to bitch about with the collar is that lack of instructions (or any paper work) included with it, does it deserve to get a star taken away? I am leaning towards no. It is a simple product, and really doesn't need any instructions. I would still like the companies to go that extra step and include some. It shows me they care about your safety. Ohwell.
