The “Ch’i Mystique” lives up to its name in a big way.The concept of “Ch’i” is very interesting to me.  It is a Chinese idea, pronounced “chee,” dealing with energy, life force, and, ultimately, a connection of one’s body with the universe.  This name seems very appropriate for the California Exotic Novelties line of Ch’i vibrators, especially the “Mystique.”  I am a fan of California Exotic Novelties to begin with, so I was very excited to sample some of their other fare.  I was not disappointed.This toy embodies “Ch’i” very well.  I was one with the universe, alright.  In other words, I came very quickly.  I enjoyed a lovely orgasm in 2 minutes flat.   The next day, I gave the Ch’i Mystique another try and, again, two minutes later, I climaxed.  This toy doesn’t mess around, as they like to say.  I was VERY connected to my body.  Upon further use, I found this toy to work very well in a slow, drawn out, teasing situation.  As I twisted this toy inside and outside my body, pressing it against me at different angles, exploring its various speeds and rhythms, I ultimately became one with the toy. And I experienced the greatest G-spot orgasm I have had of all time... so far.This toy has great features.  The shaft is bendable, so you can contour it to your body.  There are three motors in the toy: one for the shaft, one for clitoral stimulation, and one for a “love nub,” positioned perfectly for G-spot stimulation.  I think the “love nub” is what made me climax so quickly; it’s very powerful.  The clitoral stimulator isn’t shaped like a dolphin or rabbit, and is very flexible.  There are two controls: swing and vibrate.  Swing makes the shaft rotate, and if you have changed the position of the shaft, it vibrates wider.  The vibrate option controls both the clitoral stimulator and the love nub.  They are not controlled by buttons; they are increased by control sliding up and down, almost like a soundboard.  The controls are very easy to use.   The toy takes 4 AAA batteries in the base, and cleans up very easily.This toy also embodies some “Mystique,” as in, “Why are these features here?”  To begin, the product has a very pretty head on it…literally.  When you turn the toy around, there is an actual FACE on it!  The face looks like a porcelain doll; that is definitely a mysterious choice. Another questionable feature is the “C.E.N.” button.  This was the first button I pressed, and I kept pressing it repeatedly.  I thought “C.E.N.” meant “Center” because the word “Vibrate” is shortened to “VIB” on the toy.  So, I pressed, and pressed, and pressed until I realized that “C.E.N.” was short for “California Exotic Novelties” and it was just a decoration.  Yikes.  Excuse my enthusiasm.  I’m just glad I didn’t break it.  That would not have been mystical.All in all, I give the Ch’i Mystique 5 stars.  Despite porcelain faces and C.E.N. buttons, it works great and I love it.  I give it 5 vrooms because on its highest setting it can be VERY powerful.  It was actually too much for me on its highest setting.  I also give it 5 bees because it can get very loud.
