The strap-on is rather slim (2 ½" around) and is made out of supple yet firm silicone. This dildo is entirely smooth, and since it's curved, you can also have some fun with G-spot stimulation.
However, you'll be able to use other dildos with this harness as long as they have a flared base and are slimmer than 1 ½" (this is the width of the O-ring.)

This might sound like a lukewarm review, since the kit is in many ways unremarkable, but I'm giving it five stars, because it turned out to be exactly how it appears on the site, which was exactly what I was hoping for: Simple, sleek, unintimidating, and a good dong for a first-timer with limited needs and a budget.

On a purely practical note, I will say that I did not find the toy itself intimidating as the male counterpart. If you were going to try such play, I think this is an excellent starter kit. The dildo part is not intimidating in size, and outside of shape avoids resembling an actual penis, which may be of comfort to many men.... kudos to any sex toy that can provoke that type of reflection.

The harness is nice but it's a little small to work with but heterosexual men will be able to assist as they often work with similar sized equipment.
