Round end would be fun for the G=spot.
Bigger then it looks. A plug, but with the advantage that the neck is long so it can "pump" in and out. Still does not do anything for my prostate (only a finger from my wife seems to get that part), but it IS a good anal toy, and as for "no flared base", while true, the fact is, both ends are big enough that I don't think they could "spontaneously" go inside.
