You could just as easily get a buckling leather strap to go around the back of the neck. It look like a good all-purpose gag (I haven't tried it, of course) for size and shape. Different mouths might require different sizes. I've always thought a ball gag (or the like) should be oval-shaped, wider horizontally than vertically, rather than round.
It's a shame the presenter didn't let someone put it on her "for real" and leave it there longer and make her try to talk through it. That would be the best way to really demonstrate the product.
And what does it mean "batteries included"?

I've never been a big fan of gag-balls until I tried this one! It's perfect for beginners who have never experience domination acts. It sits comfortably in your mouth and doesn't stretch the corners of your lips. The ball is smooth and doesn't give a bad taste in your mouth. I defintiley recommend!!
