The innocuous plastic casing resembles a large flashlight with a screw-on top and bottom, making this piece extremely durable and able to withstand all the punishment you can dish out. Thanks to the removable sleeve cleaning up is easy and adds the ability to manipulate the pressure within the shaft.
If you want to change the level of suction simply unscrew the bottom portion to the desired intensity as the backstroke pressure will change depending on its location. To clean, run some hot water through the sleeve to remove fluid deposits, paying careful attention to avoid soaps and detergents because they will deteriorate the material. For tougher cleaning try a little isopropyl alcohol and remember to use always use water based lubricants.

This one is the best out there. The casing, although a little large in my opinion, makes all the difference. Some of the others are so unstable and flexible that its like using your own hand. The casing on this makes it feel more realistic.

I tried one of these about 1 year ago. I know it's a Fleshlight, but I am going to call the case a Flashlight because that is ultimately what it looks like. The first time out of the box I was amazed on how excellent this felt. When I first went it, it was amazingly hard not to cum within the first few strokes.
