The smooth texture is not quite as intense as some of the other textures that Fleshlight has been coming up with, but that doesn't mean it's not as good as the other textures, it is just different. The outer casing of the Fleshlight is basically a large plastic flashlight with two removable caps; one at each end. Inside the flashlight casing is a masturbation sleeve, and on this particular one the entrance of the sleeve is shaped like mouth.
