I've never had any good results out of a bulb nipple suction device such as this. I haven't tried it, yet, but compared to the one I had, looks like it would work okay but would be more painful, as the one I had had an end that looked like a breast pump (for breast feeding) which would draw in your nipple but lose suction, this one looks like it'll draw in your nipple but dig into your areola and breast, leaving a giant purple ring around it. Might be better if you are lactating and want to play like that.

I had such high hopes for this, it's a great idea but its just too small for my nipples. I wish they allowed more room in the neck for larger nipples

This work better with woman because it makes the nipples longer. I prefer this more than chinese cupping method, because the Bulb is more soft to nipple than the cups method. If you like to see your girl nipples hot, this is the bulb you need.

This works better on my clit. Doesn't stay on or do much for my nipples, but I can suction it on my clit and walk around the house with it hanging and swinging, what a turn on. It stays on for hours and when you remove it your clit is sticking our like crazy and stays big for about 20 minutes. I love it and recommend it for clit suction, but not nipples.

This works , but the bulb does not provide the suction I need ... Also its not large enough to fully get all my nipple in and the "o" rings just slip off. I get more pleasure using my office platic paper clips ..

I bought this for my wife, she was skeptical at first, but after some convincing, she was game. It is a hair small for her size, or there is not quite enough suction, so it was hard to get her in deep enough. If you only get 3/4 of nipple in, when you roll the ring off the end, it snaps a bit, and stings she said. BUT if you happen to get the full nipple in, and get a ring on nicely behind it, she just moans. We are hoping to try the other model they sell, with two sizes to see if it helps her out. AND per Ronda's review, we must try a double ring set!

I really liked the nipple bulb, but it does come unglued easily. I have reglued it several times, but it still comes unglued. It does make your nipples stand out and it does get you in the mood.

I got this today and tried it while I was alone. I liked how it feels when it pulls it in and put the ring on but the hole is a bit small. I am going to try the double set next when I get it.
