Best use:

Flavored lube can be so much fun. Seriously, from being able to act as a pleasantly smelling lubricant to aide your sexual activities, you can also use flavored lube to, well, flavor things. From making oral sex taste like candy to flavoring a rim job to giving a short, flavored massage, this flavored lube has your back.

  • Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity:

    The texture of these lubes is very nice between the fingers. Almost silky, and never greasy. It's also ridiculously liquidy, almost like squirting water out of this little tube container, only slightly thicker. Out of the little tubes it's not a big deal, but it does make a difference with the larger containers. Because it's so viscous, you're best off not applying it directly to something that it can run right off of. Into a cupped hand or the small of a back will work great, otherwise expect it to drip.

    This lube now comes in 12 flavors; Berrylicious, Cool Mint, Luscious Watermelon, Strawberry Kiwi, Big Banana, Fresh Peach, Passion Fruit, Tantilizing Tangerine, Bubblegum Blast, Lemon Drop, Pina Colada, and Wild Cherry. This particular set has two fresh peach, a strawberry kiwi, bubblegum blast, wild cherry, passionfruit, banana, pina colada, lemon drop, and watermelon.

    They've all got a candy-like quality to them. Lemon drop tastes like a lemon candy, similar to Lemon Heads. Watermelon tastes a lot like a watermelon Jolly Rancher. Passionfruit has a hint of bubble gum and the rest is like fruit punch. Pina colada is heavy on the coconut, but does taste like its namesake. Banana tastes a whole lot like banana laffy taffy, with just a hint of artificial sweetener. Fresh peach definitely smells like peaches, and tastes decidedly peachy too. Strawberry kiwi is heavier on the strawberry than the kiwi, and smells and tastes a whole lot like a strawberry Jolly Rancher. The bubblegum is dead on for traditional bubble gum flavor. The wild cherry I have a harder time pinpointing a flavor on, as it (and the bubblegum) both remind me of flavored fluoride treatments at the dentist. While that doesn't bother me, it might bother some.

    The scent strength varies with each flavor, although none of them are so potent that they can be easily smelled across a room.

  • Performance:

    Juicy Lube does well in the area of lube. For a blow job, a dime size amount of lube was enough to be tasted for about 5 minutes or so. During sex with a condom, reapplication wasn't really needed. If you go without a condom you might want to reapply if you really like the extra slippery sex.

    For massages, don't expect long lasting, but for something quick, this works well. When it soaks into the skin, it'll feel a little bit greasy until it dries which takes about 5 minutes. After that it doesn't seem to leave a film or anything, however if you don't like the way it feels you can always wipe it off with a damp washcloth.

    This sample pack comes in typical sample pack packaging, a clamshell with a bubble in the front for each flavor you get. The back lists all the flavors and tells you that this may be applied wherever your taste buds lead you. It's not discreet, as it's obviously full of lube, but it could be given as a gift if you wanted.

    The back of each tube, as well as the back of the packaging, also lists the ingredients: water, glycerin, propylene glycol, cellulose powder, polyethylene oxide, carbomer 981, polysorbate 20, methylparaben, sodium benzoate, sodium saccharin, aspartame, tetrahydroxypropyl ethylenediamine, diazolidinyl urea or potassium sorbate, edta, and flavor. Those who are sensitive to glycerin and parabens should avoid using this near a vagina.

  • Experience:

    This wasn't my first experience with ID's Juicy Lube, but I was excited to try the other flavors so I jumped at the opportunity to review this. I certainly won't be needing to be buying any more any time soon, but I've already started deciding which flavors I'll be repurchasing in the future. The bubblegum and cherry flavors both reminded me of fluoride treatments at the dentist, since when I go I usually have them mix the bubblegum and cherry flavors for me to have. I'm surprised at how identical the flavoring is to be honest. To me, I don't mind. I pick those flavors at the dentist because I like them, but I did laugh when my mouth started to feel the same way it does with the fluoride trays in there.

    Either way, Juicy Lube is one of my favorites for a flavored lube, and this wide variety of flavors in one package is a great deal.
