I think it's a pretty decent toy for someone looking for a first, second, or third vibrator or someone who just wants a strong traditional vibrator. Because of its very loud vibrations, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone that has to hide their vibrators. Great toy for the price, though.

The precious metal gems is a good toy if you are looking a simple but still powerful and effective, low-end vibrator. My favorite feature of this toy is that it waterproof. The design of the toy is visually pleasing but the cute little gem on the bottom is more trouble then it worth since it prevents me from standing it vertically. (For a waterproof toy, I want something I can stand on a narrow soap dish while in the shower).

This is a classic multi-speed vibrator with enough size and weight to let you know that it's there, and enough power to keep you coming back for more. Just be sure that if you unleash all of its power you're somewhere where noise won't be an issue.
