I was thoroughly disappointed with this item. Not only were the top bullet's vibrations minimal, the material wasn't very comfortable when combined with my partners thrusting. However, my partner enjoys using it for masturbation.

It's a nice design but there are others out there that have a top and bottom bullet without the added testicle ring that would do the same thing. It's too bad that the testicle ring was too small as it would probably have a been a more fun toy had the design worked for us.
