This toy is a case of something that works well for some, and fails for others. I gave it 3 stars because I know it can work, and the suction is good. For an inexpensive toy it could be worth it for you, just know that you may have to look for new rings or just have a clit pump.
Overall, I enjoyed this toy because of simplicity of use and it's multiple uses as a clitoris pump. So I have to give it 4 stars! It may work better for someone with more erect nipples.
If you enjoy nipple play, pumping and have small to medium sized nipples, then this toy will be a whole lot of fun for you. It's a great design that works really well for increasing size and sensitivity and also makes your nipples look great under a shirt.
For the small price of only $13, I really do suggest this toy. It provides great suction and is simple to use. Unfortunately, it does not fit all nipple types, but even if it does not fit your nipples, it works well on the clit.
This toy is very disappointing, it does not hold up, or do what it is advertised to do. Complete mood killer.
This will work on un-pierced nipples because it made mine stand up more, but it hurts like hell and it rips at your nipple piercing if you have one. I will recommend it for raising your nipples but take out your rings first.
If you're looking for a fun nipple toy, the nipple bulb is definitely not it. It simply does not work. However, if you are looking for a toy to add a little more tension on your other sexy parts, this may very well be up your alley. Everything it should do to arouse your nipples it does to do arouse your clit. It even stays where you put it so you can use your hands (and/or more effective toys) to work on the nipples! Everybody wins!

I purchased this toy about a year ago, and it has maintained its place in my toybox as a favorite nipple toy since then. It is a simply and effectively designed toy for nipple suction and enhancement, and is inexpensive, durable, and simple to use.
