Its a nice little toy, especially if you're just getting into it. First thing you should do is throw out the instruction booklet and bundle this with some lube because you'll need it. The nub in front is going to pinch or even cause a little pain, but in general, the toy something you can rock on or even go doggy style with without much trouble or effort.

Take a look at the Sex is Fun podcast for a position chart, they had an instruction guide that really helped me out with this one.

Based on what I'd heard about the brand, I expected better. The nub on the outside is uncomfortable, slides off to the side, and makes the toy awkward to use. I bought this one years ago when it they first came out. I never really liked how the handle was under my rear end. It made sitting in a chair not possable and it move it in and out difficult to reach the handle. I also noticed it would twist sideways and a lot of times when contracting I had to move it back ot the middle.
