Good concept, but it this is inside her tush, and I pull back while in her vagina, my penis slips out of the "ring" (especially with lots of lube), so there is no "thrusting" from the toy. Sometimes works, other times, not very well. Needs another "flexible band" to go behind the scrotum, maybe, to hold it on?
Feels good, however, WHEN it works.

Really awkward to use.
Beware of this - the ring ripped trying to get it on me the first time. If you are bigger it won't fit. Seriously - it wasn't even close. We got a smaller dildo and a bullet out of the deal though - so no real harm done.
