I don't know how I'd like this, but it sure looks interesting.
I have never used any kind of smart balls or anything to help strengthen my muscles, I probably never will again. It hurt going in and coming out. Not to mention it felt like it took me longer to "go". Not sure if I did something wrong or not... But I just didn't like them.

I have this in Black/White. It's a little big for me, so it's a little uncomfortable getting in and out... But I do like it. It works well for me and it's my first vaginal ball. I would like to try a different kind to see what I like more, however.
I thought it would be a lot better based on reviews. Personally, there's better things out there. Not powerful enough.

I adore the Teneo Uno! I own the Teneo Duo as well and while neither stimulates as the orignal Smart balls the silicone construction makes up for that. The Teneo uno is great for doing kegels because it's lacking a second ball making contraction very concentrated, I love it!
