The Dr. Berman Ishtar is a vibrating, vaginal egg that is remotely controlled. It can be used both externally and internally. It offers five marginally strong vibration settings. The Ishtar can be used in the safety of your home or in public. It is very quiet and cannot be detected by others when using the toy while it's inserted.-
Material / Texture:
The Ishtar is made of hard ABS plastic that has a velvety exterior feel. The retrieval cord is made of clear semi flexible plastic. Ishtar does have a clear silicone waterproof ring that fills the void between both halves of the egg. The ring can be felt if you run your finger over it, but I could not feel it when it was inserted vaginally.

The size of the Ishtar is somewhat large or long feeling in use. The length is 2 3/4" - I think it feel's like a full 3" inches. The diameter is 1 1/4". The retrieval cord measures 5" in total. The Ishtar is a great toy to tease not only yourself with but your partner as well. It can be quite a turn on to control the vibrations and sensations your partner receives as you watch. Ishtar is waterproof for fun anywhere and it's quiet enough for public use.

Functions / Performance / Controls:
Ishtar offers five different vibration modes. Level one through three are constant, steady vibration ranging from low to high. The last two levels are vibration modes. Mode one is fast pulsing, mode two is five fast pulses that repeat. All is controlled by pressing the on button and then using the Mode button to scroll through the five levels. Because of the dedicated on/off switch the Ishtar can be turned off anytime.
I found the range of the remote to be about twenty feet. Unfortunately the first time I tried to play with this toy, I left the batteries in it overnight. The next morning, dead as a doornail! Ishtar takes two N batteries for the egg and one 12V for the remote. This toy does NOT come with an EXTRA set of batteries! I went to a well known "shack" for replacement batteries and it cost around fifteen bucks.- Functions:

Care and Maintenance:
Simply wash with antibacterial soap and air dry. Toy wipes are also a good choice for Ishtar. Any lube will work with Ishtar as well.
