Made out of smooth, hard plastic and Silicone, Iris is a multitalented pleasure object. You can use it for external stimulation of the clitoris and labia, or use it for sensual penetration and G-Spot stimulation.
The vibrations resonate from deep inside thanks to two individually balanced vibrator motors. One is nestled in the tip and the other is located about halfway down the shaft. We feel that this only ups the ante and offers more reliable stimulation anywhere you may use this toy. The vibrations on this toy are extremely quiet, but don’t let that fool you in to thinking it won’t be powerful. This is a surprisingly powerful toy, without being too overwhemling.
The controls are extremely easy to use once you have them figured out. Pressing the right side of the control dial turns the toy on and also increases the power, while pressing the left side lowers the power. If you want to turn it off quickly, simply press the centre of the interface dial and it will shut off without hesitation. This quick shut off feature is absolutely fantastic. You can also lock the control dial so that your Iris will not turn on or off accidentally when storing it or if you decide to travel with it; simply press and hold the center of the dial for 5 seconds. The LED light will turn on, and when it goes out, your Iris has been locked. To Unlock, press and hold it for 5 seconds again and wait for the LED to flash.
And unlike other LELO toys, the Iris has a special feature all of its own; you can cycle through different functions. After you have turned on your Iris, simply press the top or bottom of the control dial to choose one of the following patterns:
1) Continuous vibrations at the crown
2) Continuous vibrations at the base of the stem
3) Short interval pulsations at the base & crown
4) Extended interval pulsation at the base & crown
5) Continuous vibration throughout the whole stem
Because the Iris is made out of Silicone, you can be guaranteed that this toy will last a long time and will remain as clean as it possibly can. Silicone has a non-porous surface, so no germs or bacteria can "hide" on the surface. It is also such a resilient material that toys made from it are "heirloom quality".

Iris is my first vibrator. I've had it for 4 years now and it's still going strong with no problems. The vibes are great and form factor beautiful. The only 2 things I don't like about it is the stiff silicone material and small circumference. However, the stiffness can't be helped as with all silicone-made toys. I wish the folks at Lelo would made a bigger toy for those of us who like it bigger.
So I bought other brands of bigger toys. Used them, some broke, some didn't perform up to par, and end of story is that I'm now back to my trusty reliable Iris again. Sigh...
We had various dildos and vibrators made of different materials. I was curious about this "higher" end product. After careful review of material, size and shape; we got the Iris. The most interesting remark from my partner was that it is the closest vibrator to the real thing. And when given choices, Iris is the one she chooses to play with. From a male partner point of view, its the right size and shape for her. She also enjoys the ridges near the tip and on the shaft. As compare with similar toys, she seems to enjoyed Iris more qualitatively. Have fun.
Being my first vibrator, the different pattern vibrations are great, and you can definitly tell the difference between the tip and shaft vibrations. The power on the max. speed is amazing, and you might expecct the sound to be a little loud being on such a high speed, but the quietness of such a powerful vibration is amazing. my partner and i were really excited to get this toy..its pretty..it looks sleek and is made of medical grade silicone....but to our disappointment, it wanst as great of a toy as we had thought. theyre is a seam in the toy which you cant see in the picture..its very fine. we went out and bought an extra fine grit sandpaper to sand as much of it away as possible. the second lip closest to the handle wasnt comfortable and irritating. this is not our first choice when it comes to play time. id recommend something different for the price.
I love using it on my girlfriend. When playing solo - it is a little bit heavy. Great pricey product!
