I didn't think the large was that tough to take. One con I notice is that when you have removed the sleave for cleaning more than a few times it seems to stay stretched around the base so it is very easy for the vibrator core to fall out. It could be a little stronger vibrationwise too.

I purchased the Nexus G-Play- Medium. The device is a well made product. However, it's not very effective when used for anal stimulation. The medium verison is to short to message the p-spot and the one-speed vibration is barely felt. The good news that my girlfriend has a new toy, and it works well for her.
