I've had my We Vibe II for almost a year. Wearing while having sex was more of an inhibitor than anything.
So far we got the most use of it as a regular vibrator, most commonly during oral sex for him.
Now days it doesn't seem to have as strong of a vibration as it used to when it was newer, but it does get the job done.
