  First off - NO MORE BATTERIES! It’s a great back massager, as well as a naughty toy! I was thrown off by the very "vintage" (as someone else has stated) packaging, but whatever. & the box had been damaged, but as far as I can tell the wand works fine. It arrived SOONER than expected! & it got me off twice in about 2 minutes so I’M HAPPY. At first I was a little worried because the directions warn about using the wand longer than 25 minutes, BUT THERE IS NO NEED TO USE IT THAT LONG! Unless of course you wanna get off 25 times in a row... BUY THIS THING!

  I bought the Hitachi Magic Wand with attachments on another website, but I have to say, this is my favorite vibrator and I honestly hesitate to buy anything else. While I wish it had more vibration settings than two, it has a low and a high... and let me say, the high is HIGH! It took me time to work up to being able to use it without having something between me and the vibrator if I turned it on high, as the low setting was nice, but it really only teased. The only REAL qualm that I have with the Hitachi is that the wire that connects to the base of the toy seems to bend and break easily if your not super careful. Buy a small extension chord if you think you think your going to accidentally tug on it. And don’t get this product if you want something quiet... It’s anything but.

  Just got this about a month ago when another vibe hit the bucket. This one is AWESOME!!!! I love the fact the it plugs in and you don’t run out of "battery juice" at just the wrong time. It is REALLY strong, but you can just find other places to vibrate that are NEAR your desired location and it’ll do the job. I personally don’t think it is as loud as everyone says it is...   I recently bought the Hitachi magic wand vibrator because I was getting tired of CONSTANTLY having to buy new batteries for my old vibe because it tends to take me at least 30 minutes to reach an orgasm. And you can imagine how much that takes out of a battery, and each battery only lasts 4-5 days. However, when I got my product, I was a bit disappointed. On its own, without any accessories to put on top of it, I find that the vibrations tend to target a very general area instead of just the clit itself, which tends to irritate my pussy. Its too large and bulky to target my clit alone, and I really don’t feel like investing in a large add-on for the wand. I really REALLY wanted to love this product since it cost me a decent bit and I had heard so many amazing things about it from other reviewers. But to be honest, I prefer my tiny, 10 dollar mini mite to the hitachi wand. It might be better off used to massage muscles.

  The product itself is wonderful, but be careful if you buy any of the attachments. If you leave them on for any more than an hour, they start eating and melting to the white tip. I didn’t know about it and left it on too long and it ate right through the white part. I have to leave the attachment on all the time just to use it now. Also, don’t store the attachments with your other toys. It doesn’t the same thing.

  My wife loves it. She says it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought her. As for only having 2 speeds this is easily fixed by going to the local hardware store and purchasing an inline sliding dimmer switch. Just cut the cord and install, takes about 2min. It is now variable speed in both the low and high settings. We have had ours for about 5yrs and it’s still going strong. Highly recommended.
