The Hitachi is an extremely powerful external vibrator and it is not just for the ladies. You may have to experiment to find what works: i.e. high setting vs. low, putting it on a different spot (low on the penis vs. high vs. on the perineum), putting it under a cloth etc. But, the result can be amazing. I can have multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms with this. The price for this power is that it’s big, loud, needs an outlet, and may be too powerful for some. Also doubles as a good back massager.
