This is definitely a very thick product, but it's not impossible to get used to it. What really lets it down is that the vibrations are not very noticeable on even the highest setting. It might have been better if the bullet was lower or if the balls vibrated instead. The other issue is that it is quite soft and floppy, like a half-erection, which is not the best when you really want to have an orgasm. All in all, I'd say that the size is just fine, but it's too soft and the bullet is in the wrong place, so it's an OKish product at best. Certainly not great.

First a warning, this thing is BIG. Note the circumference measurement, now measure your wrist. That'll give you some idea of how thick it is.
