The texture cannot be felt in use, you only notice that the girth is increasing. The vibrations are controlled by a dial at the bottom of the toy. Unlike most dial controlled toys that I have used in the past, this really does have a good range of vibrations. The lightest vibrations are perfect for teasing or foreplay and the highest vibrations are surprisingly high. The vibrations travel extremely well throughout the whole toy. For being so powerful, it is very quiet. You cannot hear this when in use. At all.
When in use, you don't accidentally knock the dial which means no switched vibrations.
This toy is waterproof, I tested it and no water got in the battery compartment. So go ahead and have your water fun!- Functions:

Care and Maintenance:
Because this toy is made with silicone you will want to stick with water based lubes. Silicone based lubes on silicone toys can ruin them, and you do not want to ruin your pretty High Roller.
Because it is waterproof it makes cleaning a bit easier. Use some soap and water before and after each use. It does pick up some fuzzies so you'll want to make sure that you do clean it before and after to get it clean before use too.
Storage is a cinch because it comes in an awesome plastic box that can be reused for storage and is very durable.

Okay-wow! This toy is amazing. Its flexible yet firm. The texture is soft and smooth like a mix between a jelly toy and and a plastic one. Its extremely quite. I wouldn't have known it was on if I wasn't holding it. The only cons are that even though it's waterproof it still got some water in the battery compartment-no issues yet, and like mentioned earlier the front looks kind of like a womens or a giant finger. Reguardless I love this toy and will probably be buying another one from the evolved line.
@ zilliahBeep: I'm not sure what it intended to resemble, but from one angle it looks like flames, from another it alludes to a woman figure, and from the underside of the shaft it looks like an oblong heart. The most fun looking and feeling toy I've purchased!

Bought this for my wife who is not a big fan of toys. We started with the Tantus Silk Medium which was not very big. This toy has some girth to it, but she took it all with ease.
