I like the way the tulip design slid easily between my two lips. The deep vibrations can be felt through and through. A nice addition to any collection.
Best use:
The Platinum Charisma Lia from California Exotics is a vibrator designed for internal vaginal stimulation. Because of the deep rumbly gyrational vibes that it produces, I believe that it is just as well suited as an all over massager. The instruction pamphlet that is included says you can insert it anally, however because of the lack of a flared base, I personally would not attempt it.
This vibrator is on the large side and because of the girth, it is probably better suited for more advanced users. It is multi-speed and water-proof so it can be used anytime, anywhere with your special someone or alone.

- It is made of PU coated plastic-Velvet Cote. It is very soft and smooth to the touch and has no drag at all when used with lube. The texture is great for all users. It is latex-free, phthalates-free and hypo-allergenic. I noticed only a slight newness smell that disappears once you wash it and there is no taste.

- It is shaped with a rounded base that opens into a tulip shape and then another tulip shape before ending with a rounded tipped head.
It is 6" long with an insertable length of 4 1/2" until you reach the base. It is 1 3/4" in diameter, so someone who likes a larger girth will enjoy the size of this vibe.
While it is small enough for travel, there really isn't any mistaking what it is.

- The bulb on the bottom houses your batteries and the dial control on the base of the vibrator. It is operated with 2-AA batteries. There are slight grooves at the very base that allow you to grip the dial and adjust the speed of the vibrations. They start at a very low rumbly vibe and gradually increase into a medium-high vibe that while is strong, is not too intense.
It is pretty quiet for a vibe with such deep vibrations. On its lowest setting it can hardly be heard and on its highest can barely be heard through covers. This would be ideal for people with roommates.
It is waterproof. I fully submerged it in the sink for about 15 minutes and there was no water in the battery compartment when I cleaned it. It makes pretty good waves too.

- Cleaning is easy with warm water and soap or toy cleaner. Always remove batteries before cleaning and storing.
Water or silicone based lubes can be used with this.
It can be stored in the original packaging, it comes in a plastic box depicting a picture of it and basic properties of the vibrator.

- After lubing up, it is a little large, penetration was nice and smooth. The vibrations are a deep growly vibe and brought me to orgasm more than once. I did have to use some clitoral stimulation at the end but I really like this vibrator and I am glad to add it to my toybox.
