This toy's main purpose is for vaginal stimulation, and I must say, WOW! It is also very good at vaginal stimulation and anywhere you like vibrations, really. I would not, however, use this toy anally because it has no hand handle or flared base and could get easily lost in there (a trip to the ER that i'm sure nobody wants to make!). The Platinum Charisma Lia is made of coated plastic that is phalates free, hypo-allergenic and latex free. Lets talk about texture! If you like texture, this is a great toy for you! However, my previous warning about the girth still applies. To turn lia on all you have to do is turn the knob at the end/base of the toy. It is a simple turn on and turn off, the farther right you turn the knob the stronger the vibrations are. I normally wouldn't be too pleased with such simple vibrations, however it seems to work with this toy. This toy is absolutely amazing in the strength and speed of orgasm it gives me. I can only hope that Lia is as good to you as she is me! I would say behind a closed door and under a blanket you cannot hear the buzzing. I would say it is right in the middle as far as loudness goes.

Lia is also waterproof, and I tried it under water in the bathtub with no problems. A week later after the bathtub test and it still works just as well as the first moment i used it. So, if you want to play in the water, Lia says "play on!".

When cleaning Lia, be sure to pay close attention to her ridges, as they collect debris and germs easily. I simply run her under hot water and use mild soap, you can also use toy cleaner. Any type of lube can be used with her, which I suggest due to her girth!
