    Whipper Tickler is one of our favorite toys because of its versatility and element of surprise. I would strongly recommend this toy to BDSM beginners because of its wide range of sensation. At the same time, however, dominants need to be aware of the effects of this toy and so should take the time practice with it before using it on another.

    Being my first time with a flogging toy, I was unsure about the degree of pain to expect. With enough effort, you could make the rubber tassels hurt, but mainly, it was a light sting and tease on the skin—nothing to fear. I was pleasantly surprised at the result.
