For those into e-stim, I can't really say that these are the best. They may work better for larger nipples and poorer for smaller ones. Beginners should probably head for other items to try, rather than these. Those looking for e-stim and clamping in one will likely be disappointed. This item is much more geared towards e-stim than clamping.

The Eplay Nipple Clamps are absolutely wonderful. They are well constructed, it functions as it should. The toy could use one of the Velcro straps that are used to wrap the toy up to keep it from tangling while in storage.
