Upon opening the box and getting out the clamps, my first impression was how weak the clamps actually were. They seemed barely able to cling to a nipple. On the whole, the entire thing seemed rather flimsy to be a clamp.

Upon lubing my nips for conductivity, I placed the clamp on each. My first thought was that I wouldn't be able to use these during any sort of moving sex because the clamps were as weak as they initially looked. Too much jiggling or motion and they tend to slip off. I can only imagine they would slide off even faster on a woman's larger nipples.

The next thing I noticed was that the electricity seemed to be extremely hit or miss. A slight movement was enough for the sensations to completely vanish. I'm not sure whether this is due to my smaller nipples or if the issue was with the toy itself.

Upon further usage, I finally just gave up using them. The clamps didn't offer any clamping pleasure whatsoever. And the electrical impulses were random and not steady, despite the settings on my control box. When they did come, they seemed too intense and less pleasurable than previous e-stim items I have tried in the past.

There aren't any vibrations. All you have is the jolt of electrical impulses, and it is solely at the tip of the clamps and on your nipples. The intensity of this varies greatly depending on the control box and the min-max setting on it. These have no direct control functionality.

I didn't orgasm with the toy because of the chaotic nature of the clamps themselves. It was more awkward and less pleasurable than other toys. Of course, for those into pain, it would probably be more pleasurable.
