I'd say it's worth it just because of the bullet. The extra dildo is a nice addition. I'd say it is not good for strap on sex though.

I don't feel this toy was worth it at all. We didn't even finish off with it. We ended up taking it off to get off. It was a very disappointing experience.

This is a without a doubt, a couple's toy that should be chosen with both parties interests in mind. While I fully recommend harness play, it needs to be something fun for both people, which in the price range of $40 can be found elsewhere.
