Overall, I found these more useful for playtime that for exercising. These aren't my choice pair for strengthening PC or pelvic floor muscles, but I do find myself using them often for a fun warm up. With their unique design and soft elastomer surface, Dorcel Venus Balls, despite the size, are comfortable enough for beginners and great for daily use. They are great to tone your Kegel muscles after pregnancy, and to enhance orgasms. However, I do prefer to do it the old fashioned way, it works just as well.

These kegel balls are relatively large for those new to kegel exercises, but would be a great step up for those who have invested in other kegel exercisers already. Despite their size, these Venus balls are comfortable to wear and are great for keeping your PC muscles in tip-top shape.
