Let me start by saying that I have yet to find any "cons" to this toy. It is easy to clean, pretty quiet, has good vibrations, and I really like the speed settings. It looks just like a tube of lipstick except for the fact that it says "Screaming O" on the cap. It might be slightly larger than a regular tube of lipstick, depending on what lipstick you are comparing it to, but overall, it can easily pass for makeup.
