Royal scepter sex toy review
Upon learning that I was being sent a vibrator called the Royal Scepter to review, I began eagerly anticipating its arrival. I mean, with a name like Royal Scepter, I thought “It has to be good.” I was also delighted to find that it is part of the “Talk Sex with Sue Johanson” line of toys. I figure she knows what she’s doing. The bright yellow vibrator came in a clear plastic package that boasted that the toy was soft, pliable, powerful, waterproof, and made of silicone. I must admit I am something of a sex toy newbie, and all my other vibrators are made of plastic, so I was pretty excited to find this one is made of something a bit more lifelike. The shape of this toy is also interesting because it’s long and smooth up to the tip, which is more of a bulbous, twisted shape. It has a very easy to turn dial base at the bottom to adjust the intensity of the vibration too. After just kind of squishing the soft toy in my hands for about an hour while my husband played a video game (sigh), I finally washed it off with some soap and water, and we tried it out. I found right away that I really like how quiet the vibrator is. I put some water-based lube on the toy and rubbed my clit with it for a short while on the lower settings and found that they weren’t very powerful and pretty much useless. So I turned it up and kept going. The feel of the soft silicone material was a very nice change, but it seemed to absorb the vibration a bit.I inserted the vibrator and put my husband in charge of the stimulation. I was hoping that with the bulbous tip, which I don’t quite understand, perhaps the Royal Scepter could help me find my G spot but no. Unfortunately, I have yet to feel that particular pleasure. I ended up having my husband basically screw me with it while I used one of my old plastic vibrators on my clit. It took a while, but that finally got the job done.Next, I took the Royal Scepter into the bathtub with me and actually submerged it to see if it’s truly waterproof, and it is. Not a drop of water in the battery chamber as long as the top is screwed on, and that top is not coming off unless you want it to. So after this test, I pressed the vibrator to my clit and, after a longer time than I would’ve liked, I finally came. The amount of time it takes me to come using this toy shows me that the vibration just isn’t strong enough for me, but I really like the fact that it’s silicone, which means it’s soft but easy to clean. Plus it’s quiet. Overall, a decent vibrator with a shape I can’t quite figure out.
