Unlike standard drug store enema bag or bulb, this one allows a certain level of "play" while using for either "cleaning" or "filling up" for squirting..if that is the goal. Well made, but rigid pipes. A jelly pipe version would be a great idea.

In my experience this was a completely awful product. To start, the latex bulb feels gross to hold and there were areas where it seemed to be 'rubbing off' if you can imagine that. I'm not sure how well it might work if you have someone to assist you, but if you're trying to use it solo, because of the way its made water will end up going everywhere. As for the attachment, it's very cheaply made so it ends up with noticeable plastic seaming down the sides which is very uncomfortable when you try to use it. Don't waste your time or money on this!

The bulb is really small and anal douching is not something you want to stop in the middle of to "reload".

I will admit, the attachment is pretty sweet. However, that's about all this toy has going for it.

I like a nice full enema, and the bulb doesn't hold enough. Furthermore it is difficult to fill it up again to get more water in the intended location.

I'm not a fan of this toy. However I did give it a 2 because the attachment makes it more fun than other similar designs in a similar price range.
