The colt anal douche is very easy to use. Simply fill it up with some warm water and squeeze the bulb. This is best suited for those interested in anal play and want to make sure they are clean before hand. Based on the design and small water capacity, I personally believe this is going to be best used purely for cleansing and not so much water play. I would think one would want a larger bag for true water play. Although, using small amounts of either cold and hot water can add some intensity while using other toys (but be sure to work your way into this, don't go to hot or cold at first). The multiple tips fit tightly into the bulb so nothing gets lost.

There was a very small odor to the toy when first out of the package, but nothing overwhelming. The tips are hard smooth plastic and the bulb is made of latex. The latex bulb is easy to compress to draw in water and push it back out. There are two different tips available, one very small, the other with small bulbs. Personally, I was using the device as a cleansing aid, so I stuck primarily with the small one which was very easy to insert with a minor amount of lube. This is good for beginners and advanced users because cleanliness can never be overrated.

The toy comes with two tips. The smaller tip is very easy to insert with a minor amount of lube while not giving much sensation from the actual toy. The larger tip has bulbs which can add to the experience, but really was not that noticeable. The bulb seemed to be a good size to hold enough water but not to much. Because the tips come out for cleaning, it is pretty discreet for traveling if you separated the components.

The toy functioned perfectly for what I bought it for, cleansing before further play. I really could not think of any way to improve the toy for what it is meant to do. Never had a problem with it and would recommend it to anyone interested in anal play.

The tips are made of plastic which can be easily cleaned with warm water and soap. The bulb however is made of latex making it extremely porous. Using warm water and soap should clean the bulb. Although the bulb should not be making much contact with bodily fluids, it would be highly recommended NOT to share this toy. Considering this toy is used to clean oneself, it would be silly to not take proper care in cleaning and segregating the toy from other toys.

The toy came in a rectangular thin cardboard box. The packaging is not discrete at all, so unless the gift recipient was planning for it - you might want to think of some other way to gift it. It would not be really useful for storing the toy.

I used this toy purely for cleansing before using other toys. It worked perfectly in that function. After a little more experimentation, I started using it a little bit for temperature play but that wasn't really my thing.
