This toy does exactly what it is made for. It works nice to clean the anus before anal play. I think the best way to use this douche is to fill it up with a cup of water. I like to use it without the rippled attachment.

Filling the douche is relatively easy. It just requires a simple squeeze of the bulb to fill it with water. If you don't mind using it upside down, one squeeze will suffice. If you use it upright, there will still be some air bubbles at the top that you probably do not want to insert into your anus. You've got to squeeze out all of the air to fill the rest with water.

This toy comes with a rippled attachment. I like to use it without the attachment because there is less to clean. Don't get me wrong, the rippled texture of the attachment is fun to use. It feels great but might require a little bit of lube. The attachment sprays the liquid in an outward direction.

I usually douche 2-3 times when I use this toy to make sure everything is clean. I usually let the liquid sit inside for a little while as well.

The bulb part of this toy is made out of latex. Latex does not clean well but it really won't get too dirty. If you use a liquid other than water, you might want to rinse it out when you are finished.

The red tip is created out of plastic. When I am done with these, I simply rinse them off with some liquid soap.

The attachment is also created out of a hard plastic that feels great when inserted. It is a firm material that can not be flexed. To clean this I also rinse with liquid soap and warm water. It is a really easy product to keep clean.

The best part of this toy is its performance. It cleans the anus very nicely. Often times this can be a hassle but this douche makes it quick and easy.

If you use some other sort of liquid I suggest you rinse it out with water. Simply fill it with water and squeeze it out. Do this a few times to make sure everything is out.

I use a water based lube with this toy.

One thing is that this toy is a little bit larger. It is difficult to find a place to store this douche.
