The Icicles No.17 is presented by Pipedream (maker) and EdenFantasys

This dildo is made of Pyrex glass and is nonporous, phthalates free, and hypoallergenic, with no smell or taste. It is also shatter resistant and will tend to break into large pieces if it happens to break when dropped onto a hard surface. The No. 17 is smooth in texture with no visible seams or bubbles. It will slide in with very little, if any, lubricant required.

Each piece is hand blown, so some variations may occur from piece to piece.

The design of the No. 17 is beautiful. This toy, measured straight up and down, is about 8 1/2” tall, with 8” insertable. The head of the dildo is a clear glass sphere, about 1 5/8” in diameter. Inside is a yellow flower. Viewed from the top, the flower fills the sphere, while from the sides it appears to fill about half. The flower is delicate, and looks fairly real. It adds a decorative, feminine touch to the piece.

The sphere sits atop the curved shaft, which is is almost a stretched “S”. The shaft is a deep, opaque blue, so dark it is almost black, and it contrasts nicely with the head. The shaft is 6 3/4" long down the curve and 1” wide.

The elongated base is just 1/4" thick. It’s almost 2” long and 1 1/2" wide, and attaches to the shaft at one end. The base is flat, and the No. 17 can be stood up on the base without wobbling.

The gentle curve of the shaft and the flat base makes the No. 17 easy to hold and manipulate during use. The head may be too large for some users, as its diameter, coupled with the inflexibility of the glass, may make it difficult to insert.

No. 17 excels at g-spot stimulation. Its head inserts easily, and the curve of the shaft allows you to angle and position the head in exactly the right spot. With the shaft being so much smaller than the head, this also makes it easier to thrust and move the head around. The base is easy to grip, and because it sits off-center from the shaft you can keep the head in position.

Made of glass, the No. 17 is easy to clean, either with warm water and antibacterial soap or a favorite toy cleaner. It an also be boiled, bleached, or run through the dishwasher on the top rack.

The No. 17 should always be checked before and after use for any cracks or chips, and it should not be used if any are found.

This toy can be stored in its box fitted into the Styrofoam or the Styrofoam block by itself. It can also be stored in a padded bag or even stood upright on a shelf.

Glass toys are compatible with all lubricants, so you can use the oil, silicone, or water-based lubricant of your choice. Only a small amount of lube is necessary to make the No. 17 slick and ready to glide in and out with ease.

The Icicles No. 17 comes in a tasteful white and black box with a full sized picture of the toy on the front, and close to life-sized pictures on the sides. The back of the box has some general information about the toy, as well as a close-up of the unusual tip. The front of the box is held closed by a magnet and it opens to reveal the actual toy inside and a repeat of the back product information. Inside the box, the No. 17 is firmly held in a Styrofoam block. It isn’t hard to remove, but won’t slip out on its own.

I really enjoyed this glass toy. The design is gorgeous. and I like the flower that’s encased in the top. It makes the piece look quite unique. The deep blue/black of the shaft contrasts nicely, and it’s nice to look at.

It’s also nice to use. Although this head is larger than many glass pieces, I didn’t have any trouble inserting it, even without any lubricant. With the off-centered base, I always knew if I had it turned correctly inside for the head to hit on my g-spot, and the base was easy to hold to control the piece. Shallow thrusting wasn’t a problem, and even more vigorous thrusting worked well, although it wasn’t as comfortable when my thrusts got too hard. The shaft is also fits easily in your hand if you want to hold it higher to control the head’s stimulation.


This was also a fun toy to use with temperature play. While I’m not fond of extreme temperatures, running it under cold water was sufficiently chilling, and under warm water made this warm up quickly. It also absorbed heat well from my body to keep it very warm during use.
