My girlfriend I have the Nexus Sr. and just love it. It takes a little getting used to but can be used with or without a harness. It stays in a little better than your average straight double headed dildo, but hey nothing's perfect and it can still fall out so for a completely sure fit just add a harness. All in all a great product~
This toy is fine if you're just looking for a silicone dildo for solo play -- but if that is the case you might as well buy a more typically-shaped dildo.
I was never able to use this dildo successfully for play with a partner. (I am a transman, by the way.) The angle of the dildo that is supposed to be inside the wearer just wouldn't work for me -- it would just fall out (and yes, I was using a harness - or briefs). This was exceedingly frustrating while trying to play.
Perhaps I have a particularly angled vaginal canal, but I suspect that most people would have the same problem. I'm currently looking into the double dildo called the "Tango," which has a much more acute angle between the two sides. Not only should it stay in better, but it should provide g-spot stimulation as well.
I'm petite and found the curved part of the dildo the wearer wears a bit too long. (I prefer the bulb type of the Feeldoe.) And at the moment the penetrator is a bit to girthy unless my gal or I am really loosened up! The curved side used on it's own hit my G-Spot really well! So that part is great for a small gal like me. A toy not for beginners perhaps, but definitely worth revisiting when you and your partner are more experienced.

Doesn't work too well with a harness and it's too heavy so it tends to fall out. :/ BUT...we just held it and used it that way and wow, perfection. I bought this along with a harness for my wife because I wanted her to experience hands free penetration of me. The quality of this product is excellent, and the size is about right for both of us. The curvature is nice, also. The only problem for me is that the head is somewhat large in relation to the shaft, which causes me some discomfort on the "out" stroke. We're somewhat new to the world of anal sex toys, but for me some of the products I see that are a more consistent width may work better for me. I think this would be more comfortable with another female as the recipient, and for that purpose I would definitely rated higher. But for female/male use there may be something more comfortable for me.
