This has been my first step into electro-stim, and I love it. The controls are a bit confusing at first, which is scary when you're at risk of being electrically shocked in very special places But as soon as you learn what you like, it's a dream. It didn't do anything for me on my clit at all, but for nipples it's absolutely orgasmic. The sticky pads make it easy to experiment with placement, but they lose their stickiness relatively quickly and fall off often. Overall, I liked this product a lot, and it's perfect for people new to electro-stim play. I'll personally go looking for the shock clamps of the same brand now

I'm familiar with TENS units from having them used on me for back pain in the past, and immediately recognized this as a "consumer-grade" version intended for "other purposes." As someone who's constantly looking for ways to self-stimulate my nipples without too much pain or mutilation, this looked like the ideal product.

However, I just got a chance to test mine out (arrived Wednesday, but I was prepping for a colonoscopy I had today -- NOT a really good time to be testing sex toys, lol), and although it powers up, I get NO response from ANY of the buttons other than the ON and OFF button (well, the MODE button changes little diagrams on the figure of the body, BUT I can't get the pads to produce ANY feeling.

I put in brand new batteries (then took them out and tested them with a battery tester to make sure they're good -- maxed it out)... I've fiddled with the plug that goes into the unit (moved it around some to see if maybe it'll make better contact "this way or that"). Somehow I lost the user's manual, but it was SO slight that when I read it, it didn't really tell how to do anything, anyway. I tried changing from one set of plugs to the others... I've tried turning it on and off NUMEROUS times -- ALL SORTS of variations of button pushing -- the most I get is some minor changes in little icons on the screen which mean NOTHING to me. BUT the power level NEVER rises (from ZERO, as far as I can tell), and I never feel the least bit of stimulation. I even tried taking them off my nipples and putting them close together on the inside of my arm, like in the demo video... still NADA.

I HATE to send stuff back. Does ANYONE have any tips I can try short of sending this thing back? (I'd REALLY hate to think they're just re-packaging and re-shipping units returned by folks like XPS!) That would CERTAINLY lose them at least THIS customer!!!
