This was my first sex toy ever, and it was decent. As for sensation, it gets a 5 because it felt wonderful, but it wasn't durable at all. It started tearing around the opening after my first use and it developed a hole towards the end after about it's fourth or fifth use. I enjoyed this while it lasted. It was the first masturbator I had tried. Turning it inside-out to clean is an awful tip. It will fall apart if you do. It also does smell worse than any I have tried since. The person calling it model glue, wasn't far off. About a month after it fell apart, I decided that it was worth the money, even if I could only get about 15 uses. When I purchased my second one, I read some reviews that recommended other items. I purchased 5 different ones and this one is in 4th place right now. My favorites are Nichole Senso and Lacie heart UR3 pocket pal. The Good: The tightness difference from the chambers feels really good, especially on the backstroke. It's like feeling a penetrative sensation several times. If you squish all the air out it feels even better with that little bit of suction and it's also makes it pretty quiet.
The Bad: The squared off chambers don't drain/dry after you've cleaned it. If you turn it inside out to clean/dry, the ribs that form the chambers rip over time from the stress. Then it loses it's feeling and suction. The material is sticky and has a strong chemical smell (exactly like packing tape) and feels kinda jelly like. It also discolored quickly. The material probably just contains a little silicone and plenty of other junk.
If the material was better and there was some easier way of cleaning it without losing the closed end or chambers this toy would be perfect. The sensation is REALLY amazing, but the chemical-ness and cleaning problems are too much.

I was a bit disappointed with this product. I have this and another- Teagan's Luscious Touch. Suction was not as good as with Head Honcho vs. Teagan's; and it has a more stimulating and varied combination of ribs and nubbles than Head Honcho. I don't get all the buzz re this product.
