My wife loved how I responded to the head honcho masturbator. She was impressed at how easy it was to use on me as well. At roughly 5 to 6 inches long (but stretchy) and around 3 inches wide, it is a decent size and easy to hold while in use. The entry is definitely tight enough and the internal ribs will drive almost anyone over the edge. We have also been able to modify the experience by either putting the head honcho in the refrigerator for a short time, or setting it next to (but not on) a heater. It is made of a phthalate free mixture of thermo plastic rubber and silicone, which was a selling point for us because of the possible harmful side effects of phthalate containing materials.

I would say the only complaint that we had about this toy is that cleaning was kind of a hassle. I have seen some suggestions that say to turn it completely inside out and that will enable you to thoroughly clean the toy, but I was concerned that the material at the opening would tear and leave me with a broken toy. Most toys of this style come with a small hole in the end that makes cleaning somewhat easier, but this toy does not. However, this is easily added and the amount of suction can be altered by plugging the self-made hole.

Lube is definitely necessary. We have had the best luck with something along the lines of Astroglide or KY Jelly. The more lube the better and the more air you squeeze out of the luscious love chamber at the beginning, the more mind blowing it gets. As long as it is something that will not dry up quickly, you are good to go for as long as you (or your partner) will let you.
