The Head Honcho is a masturbator sleeve that is made out of translucent TPR Silicone. TPR Silicone is hypoallergenic, latex free, phthalates free, and safe to use. This masturbator is super stretchy and squishy to the touch. The sleeve feels very sticky in your hands.

The Head honcho has a textured interior. If you slide a finger inside you can feel the nubbed and ribbed textures. As you slide that finger in and out, you will notice that there are three suction chambers. Each chamber is about half an inch apart from one another and each have their own deep textured nodules on them.

I really like the design of the Head Honcho. As you inspect the sleeve closely, you will notice some texture that resembles a long screw going through the middle of the sleeve and along the length with three round rings around it. It looks like some sort of gadget.

The head is ribbed and the entrance looks simliar to that of the entrance to a vagina. You will then notice a bunch of small round nodules around the labia-like entrance.

The suction chambers feel much better on your finger than it does on a penis. My husband didn't really feel the textures. I'm guessing it's because his penis is thick and this toy is meant for smaller men. The Head Honcho is pretty easy to use. Just rub some water-based lube onto your penis along with the inside of the sleeve and slide your penis inside. After that its up to you how soft or hard you use the toy. The chambers inside of the sleeve are supposed to suction around your penis as you slide it in and out, causing a pleasurable sensation. This masturbator seems pretty durable and will last you quite a while. When in use, this toy was pretty quiet, except for the occasional squishing noises of the lube against the silicone.

Clean up was pretty simple for us. All we did was clean the outside of the Head Honcho first with warm water and soap. Then we flipped it inside out and did the same thing.

My first impression of the Head Honcho was that it looked pretty cool and for one moment in time I wish I had a penis. It was really squishy and soft and felt really nice as I slid my fingers in and out of it. I giggled and threw the Head Honcho at him and told him that I would be using this little guy on him tonight.

I coated my husbands penis with the lube and then rubbed some inside of the head Honcho sleeve. Just as I gently slid the sleeve onto my husbands penis, I heard an immediate sigh of pleasure as he sank into the bed. I held the masturbator firmly and slid it up and down his shaft.

The first thing I noticed was that the sleeve was becoming really slippery and was really hard to hold onto. After 10 minutes I had my husband take hold of the Head Honcho to finish off so he could get a feel for it himself. I began kissing his neck and teasing him as he stroked. He didn't really feel the great suctioning we read so much about online. Sure it got the job done but it left us both a bit disappointed. My husband said this toy was not "horrible" but in his opinion it lacks a lot in the stimulation department.
