The best use for this is as a solo, handheld masturbation device. It has decent shaft stimulation, but it can be a bit prickly on the head until the lube is well distributed (imagine if she uses teeth). It's better suited for average sized males, as those who are well endowed will find this to be a tight fit; Sue doesn't deep throat.

This is made of silicone, and it's very soft, actually. The material is rather oily compared to most that I have used (sadly, I have used a lot). This would be good for a novice to begin with if he has never had the opportunity to try a masturbation device. Advanced users, on the other hand, may not be as fond of this device. For those more advanced users, I would recommend sticking to the Fleshlight series, or trying something more realistic.

I found the texture inside to be a bit rough until the lube was properly spread around. It's much like a new car -- once everything was all lubed up, it was a good ride.

The only major flaws I could find in design is that it could have been a bit deeper for those who are larger, and that the back end could have been opened up. The closed back end makes for a less than fun time while cleaning it out, especially if Sue decides to swallow.

For a better example of what I mean, you can see in the picture that I've uploaded that the back end is plugged. I have contemplated trying to unplug it and open it up, but it appears that this may wreck the toy. It looks like the ribbing is held by the plug, unfortunately.

You can clean this with soap and warm (not hot) water. Also, if you can afford it, this is one of those toys that really benefits from silicone toy cleaning products.
