I am reviewing "Sue Johanson's Head Honcho." This particular item is meant as a masturbation device for men. Although woman could possibly help I suppose, it isn't really meant for the ladies. This particular masturbator is made by California Exotics. It is a hand held toy that will fit in the palm of your hand nicely. It is used by inserting your penis into the sleeve and then thrusting. One nice thing about this toy is it is clear in color so if your lady or partner is with you they will be able to see you cum inside it. This toy is great for those occasions when your partner is not around and you just need some relief. I do recommend it be used with lube to make insertion easier. This toy is great for beginners or for more advanced as well. Due to its size which I will discuss later I do recommend this toy for a below average size penis of around 6 inches or less. In other words if you are 8 inches don't bother you will probably tear it up the first time you use it.

This item is made of Translucent (clear) silicone. It is hypo-allergenic, latex free and phthalates free. It does have internal nubs and ribs for added texture. It feels very similar to a jelly toy when holding it but luckily it is not a jelly product. It is very soft and flexible, as well as stretchy. Even with the added nubs and ribs I still feel this toy should work just fine for beginners. As far as safety is concerned it is definitely safer then that of a jelly toy but not quite as safe as glass or pure silicone. It is rated a 6 on Edens Material Safety chart so basically right in the middle on safety.

This particular masturbator is approximately 5 inches in length. With this being said it will not take a large penis so if you are larger I would look elsewhere. It measures approximately 5 3/4 inches in circumference and 2 3/4 in diameter. It is very light to hold weighing it at just under 6 ounces. The best way I can describe this toy is to think of a flashlight, it looks very similar in form.

The masturbator sleeve does have internal nubs and ribs on the inside which do add for a little extra texture. It can be turned inside out but I do not recommend it for I imagine it will tear up more quickly if you do.

As far as being discrete, well this isn't the toy for that. I imagine if anyone were to see it out they would know what it is. On a positive note the toy isn't very big so you shouldnt have a problem hiding it in a drawer. This toy is safe for travel but it does collect lint so i do recommend keeping it in a plastic ziploc bag.

There are no mechanical parts in this particular item. With that being said it of course has no batteries or power cord. Since there are no motorized parts, there really is no noise. About the only sounds you may hear are your penis rubbing against the silicone and that is barely noticeable even if you are in the room.

Again since there are no mechanical parts this toy is going to be waterproof. Feel free to use it in the shower or while swimming. I don't know if I would use it in a hot tub due to the temperature.

Cleaning this toy, like every other toy out there, is done simply by taking a wet wash cloth and soap and water and wiping it down on both the outside and the inside. Do not use any alcohol based cleaners since this is silicone it may cause damage to your toy. Do not boil or place in a microwave or an oven, this is not safe and again will ruin your toy.

Water based lubes are the only lubes recommended with silicone toys. If you plan on using lube make sure to put on the inside of the toy and also on your penis. This will help on insertion.

The packaging on this product is very minimal to say the least. It simply comes placed inside a plastic sealed bag. There was no paperwork or instructions.

This toy is definitely a good one for the men out there. If you aren't well endowed then give it a try what have you got to lose?

I purchased this toy solely for my boyfriend for times when I am not around and he needed a release.
