Menthol always produces a tingle for me! Haven't tried this though.
i was really surprised that this didn't work at all. i've had nothing but luck with all other clitoral gels but no dice with this one!

I actually really liked it, depends how sensitive you are really, if products with menthol burn this will work for you, if they don't you'll need something with more kick.

Yikes..
The gel definitely produces some tingling and warming sensations, but nothing strong enough to produce more than a, "eh, that feels okay" response.
Don't waist your money, doesn't work. :(
