This toy was extremely frustrating to turn on. I had to fumble with the (not included) batteries for nearly half and hour before I was able to get it to work before each use. However, once I got it working, it worked great and my experience was enhanced. I liked the speed options, and felt it adequately stimulated the prostate, but failed to stimulate the scrotum and the perineum as advertised. I doubt I will use this toy often though as the issue of turning it on is far too much of an issue.
